Meet Razzledazzle's Lovable Barber

Veteran barber Julio Molina has been dazzling clients since the beginning. Born in Venezuela, Julio had always dreamed of being a barber. After 6 years of working as a barber in Venezuela, Julio decided to migrate to the United States in 2003 and pursue the American dream. He worked at a local barbershop in Little Havana, Miami, for 5 years before being contacted by Elena Linares, Razzledazzle Barbershop founder, in November 2008. Julio remembers the day he stepped foot in the first Razzledazzle location, located at 224 Miracle Mile, Coral Gables. He had a chance to sit and observe the barbershop before his interview. At that moment, he knew God had answered his prayers. Julio felt something special about the barbershop. He felt right at home. The ambiance and décor was just a plus for him. Julio had a great interview and was offered a job on the spot. Later that evening, he accepted the position.

It didn't take long for Julio to become an instant success. Clients quickly took notice of his barber techniques and lovable personality. Julio knew how to give clients the Razzledazzle experience. He owes his success to Elena, his mentor, who he considers like a second mother. Elena’s mentorship has molded him into one of Razzledazzle’s top barbers. Julio divides his time between the 6 locations, but that doesn't stop clients from following him. While most barbers have a preference in the services they do, Julio enjoys them all. Whether it’s doing a haircut, hot lather shave, massage, or shoe shine, Julio takes pride in every service he does.

Julio believes that the sky is the limit for Razzledazzle, as long as every barber works like him and Elena. “Elena’s dream for the brand is my dream. Together, we will continue opening barbershops,” Julio says with confidence.

From the entire team at Razzledazzle, thank you Julio for your longtime commitment!
